On July 2, 2019, Xu Wenguang, the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, made a special trip to Longyou to carry out the "Three Services" activity. He went deep into the workshop of Zhejiang Chuangzhan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., a production base of Zhejiang Longyou New Xidi Electronics Co., Ltd. in the Chengbei Economic Development Zone, to understand the development, production and operation, product innovation, and market development of the enterprise on site. He patiently listened to the opinions and suggestions of the enterprise, coordinated and assigned tasks on site, and accurately carried out the "Three Services" activity, effectively handling the problems reflected by the enterprise. County leaders Zhang Xiaofeng, Zhu Jiandong, Mao Xianming, Ying Min, and others accompanied the visit and inspection.

In recent years, with the continuous growth of business volume and the increasing number of products and solutions provided by New Xidi Electronics, the company has put forward higher standards for product production support and logistics management. According to the company's strategic planning and development layout, and in order to actively respond to the call of the county party committee and government to "attract investment and give back to their hometown", New Xidi Electronics invested 250 million yuan in March 2011 to build a new Chuangzhan Electronic Technology Company in the Chengbei Economic Development Zone as its production base. The production base covers an area of 60 acres with a construction area of 37000 square meters. The project was successfully completed and put into operation in 2013.

In the exhibition hall of Chuangzhan Electronic Technology Products, Secretary Xu and other city and county leaders listened with great interest to Chairman Tong Huizhi's introduction on television receiving antennas. Chairman Tong Huizhi explained the working principle of antenna products in a simple and concise manner, thoroughly analyzed the reasons for the demand for antenna products in foreign markets, and showcased the star products in the company's recent high-tech and high-quality TV receiving antennas. This completely changed Xu Shuji's previous view that TV receiving antennas were the current "sunset industry" before visiting and inspecting.

In the workshop of Chuangzhan Electronic Technology, machines roar and are clean and tidy. Secretary Xu and other city and county leaders stopped to watch the automation equipment being produced at high speed. As a demonstration base for enterprises to promote lean production, most of the production processes of Chuangzhan Electronic Technology Company are undertaken by automation equipment, greatly breaking through the constraints of labor-intensive enterprises on labor. At the same time, the company undertakes the production task of "high, precision, and cutting-edge" products, optimizes the production layout, improves the industrial chain, and lays a solid foundation for the company's sustainable development.
